ORRO Collection Migrator Privacy Policy

ORRO Collection Migrator helps Shopify merchants export, validate, and import collection data using CSV files. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.

Data the app accesses

The app accesses collection and product catalog metadata required to export and import Shopify collections. This can include collection titles, handles, descriptions, images, sort order, SEO fields, and smart collection rules.

Data the app does not access

The app does not access customer records, orders, payments, checkout data, gift cards, or marketing subscriber data.

How data is used

• To generate CSV exports requested by the merchant.
• To preview and validate CSV imports before changes are applied.
• To create or update collections after merchant confirmation.

Data sharing

ORRO GROUP does not sell merchant data. Collection data is used only to provide the app functionality and is not shared with third parties except infrastructure providers required to operate the app.

Data retention

CSV exports are generated in the merchant browser. Import files are used to complete the requested import action and are not retained by the app longer than needed to process the request.

Uninstall

When the app is uninstalled, its Shopify session data is removed through Shopify's app uninstall webhook flow.
